Alera Group is seeking a Compensation Analyst to help price and benchmark roles, analyze market data, and transform compensation insights into actionable decisions. You will partner with HR and business leaders while supporting Workday activities and salary surveys.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, structured analysis, and collaboration to enhance the colleague experience. Remote work is available with occasional in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on compensation experience including job pricing and market benchmarking.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with large datasets.
• Ability to analyze data and explain implications to HR and business partners.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Price and benchmark jobs using multiple market data sources and internal equity analysis.
• Support job architecture, leveling, job families, and career paths.
• Manage salary survey submissions and analyze market results.
• Build compensation reporting and analytics that turn data into actionable insights.
• Support annual compensation processes, salary structures, and Workday Compensation activities.
• Contribute to compensation projects tied to transformation and growth.
