Job summary

Medpace is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support complex compensation projects and serve as a compensation representative for global leaders within HR and operations. You will join an agile team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and help shape total rewards strategies across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes market analyses, data integrity, and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, accounting/finance, HR, MIS, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, or data analytics preferred.
• Excellent MS Excel and Word skills.
• PowerBI experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership and see tasks through with attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle confidential data; strong mathematical skills including rates, ratios, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and analyze salary surveys and market intelligence to inform internal salary ranges, increases, bonuses, and benefits.
• Administer global bonus, merit, promotion, evaluation, and other compensation processes.
• Manage requests to modify career path structures and maintain pay grade tables and HR systems.
• Draft and update job descriptions; create and distribute reward communications.
• Create and maintain HR dashboards in Power BI and respond to ad-hoc HR reports.
• Support compliance reviews and reporting across the company; advise hiring/management and HR teams.
