Job summary

Quantum Health is seeking a Compensation & People Analytics Analyst to support pay-for-performance strategies through data analytics, reporting, and compensation administration. You’ll develop Power BI dashboards, manage compensation reporting, and calculate commissions and bonuses with cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus experience with incentive plans and HR data integrity. This position offers remote flexibility across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in compensation, HR analytics, finance, payroll, or business analytics.
• Strong Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, complex formulas.
• Advanced Power BI experience for dashboards and data visualization.
• Experience administering commissions or incentive plans.
• Ability to handle confidential data with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for compensation, workforce, and HR metrics.
• Develop automated reporting to improve visibility into workforce trends and compensation programs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Create recurring executive-level HR reports.
• Ensure data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and reporting systems.
