Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support administration, analysis, and governance of its global compensation programs. The role emphasizes data-backed modeling, stakeholder consultations, and program integrity to keep pay structures competitive and compliant.

You will partner with People Managers, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and Finance to ensure accurate market pricing, merit/bonus cycles, and data-driven decisions across regions and levels.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced lookups, pivots, and formulas.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and verify accuracy with audit-ready workbooks.
• Drive to understand business context and apply data-driven insights to compensation programs.
• High accountability and openness to feedback with root-cause problem solving.
• 2+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Financial Analysis; familiarity with market surveys (Radford preferred).
• Discretion and integrity when handling confidential compensation data.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication of progress and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Global Market Benchmarking and job leveling using published survey sources.
• Provide analytical support for base pay, incentives, and equity programs; Run data entry, reports, audits, and governance.
• Support global focal reviews in Workday; assist with testing, modeling, budget tracking, and execution.
• Manage monthly bonus calculations and prepare validated summary reports for leadership.
• Offer guidance to People Managers, TA, and HRBPs on compensation recommendations and governance.
• Handle compensation inquiries via ServiceNow with policy-based interpretations.
• Ensure compliance with global/regional compensation laws and transparency regulations.
• Execute analytical tasks and modeling for compensation-related projects.
