Job summary

Quantum Health is seeking a Compensation & People Analytics Analyst to support pay-for-performance through data analytics and compensation reporting. You will build Power BI dashboards, administer commissions and bonuses, and provide insights to drive compensation decisions.

This role collaborates with Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and leaders to ensure accurate, efficient programs across the organization. Location flexibility allows remote work anywhere in the United States or a hybrid setup from

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
3–5 years in compensation, HR analytics, finance, payroll, or analytics.
Strong Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, complex formulas.
Advanced Power BI experience for dashboards and visualization.
Experience administering commissions or bonus programs.
Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for compensation and HR metrics.
Develop automated reporting to reveal workforce trends and compensation insights.
Analyze data to deliver actionable insights for decisions on pay and incentives.
Create recurring executive reports for HR and business leaders.
Ensure data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with Finance and leaders to reconcile payout calculations.
