Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the administration, analysis, and governance of our global compensation programs. This role focuses on data-backed insights, program integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will perform market benchmarking, manage base pay, incentive, and equity data in Workday, and assist with annual focal reviews, bonus tracking, and governance. A strong Excel skill set and experience with compensation processes are essential.

Qualifications

Strong Excel skills with lookups, pivots, and advanced formulas.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and verify totals against source data.
Background in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Financial Analysis with survey platforms.
Experience with global compensation practices and governance.
Ability to communicate findings and provide guidance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Perform market benchmarking and job leveling evaluations using published surveys.
Support global base pay, incentive, and equity programs; handle data entry, reporting, and audits.
Assist with annual focal review processes, merit, bonus, and equity planning in Workday.
Manage monthly bonus calculations and prepare verified summary reports for leadership.
Provide counseling to People Managers and HRBPs on compensation decisions and governance.
Handle compensation inquiries via ServiceNow and ensure compliance with policies.
