• Leads commercial planning and transformation across the global commercial organization.
• Translates strategic priorities into an integrated operating plan and disciplined execution.
• Collaborates with regional teams and cross-functional partners to improve processes and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic plan and Leadership priorities into an integrated transformation roadmap and annual plan.
• Provide planning leadership for major initiatives (Project Bridge, Digital/AI) with clear requirements, adoption plans, and value realization.
• Define and improve end-to-end commercial processes, governance, and standard work to increase productivity and customer experience.
• Lead governance for cross-functional transformation initiatives, including dependencies, risks, decisions and benefit realization.
• Support integration planning for RUCKUS Networks, focusing on customer service/success and commercial business systems.
• Identify overlapping Digital/AI tools and surface rationalization needs and recommendations for decision.
• Partner with regional leaders to build scalable solutions within owned workstreams and provide SME input to others.
• Collaborate with Digital/IT to translate commercial needs into requirements, sequencing, adoption, and realization.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Finance, and People on process changes and change management.
• Coordinate with integration leaders to align workstreams with milestones and dependencies.
• Partner with Finance to establish baselines and quantify productivity, cost, growth, and customer benefits.
