Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering or related field, or equivalent hardware experience.
• 10+ years server hardware experience in internet operations or validation.
• Experience triaging and debugging hardware platforms.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for compute, storage, and GPU platforms in production data centers and cloud provider capacity.
• Act as deep escalation point for cloud hardware issues and drive investigations to resolution.
• Identify systemic hardware issues across cloud providers.
• Represent reliability and serviceability expectations to cloud providers.
• Carry findings back into Meta's platform work and accelerate diagnosis in the cloud.
