Job summary

Syneos Health in Miami seeks a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee site management, monitoring, data integrity, and risk mitigation across trials. You will lead CRAs and CeMs, coordinate with Study Start Up and Data Management, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining project timelines. Moderate travel (~20%) is required.

You should have a related degree (Bachelor's or RN) and track record guiding clinical programs, with strong budget and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams in the achievement of project milestones
• Demonstrated capability of working in an international environment
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables with a focus on patient safety, protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Reviews the study scope of work, budget and protocol content and ensures the clinical project team is aware of contractual obligations and parameters.
• Employs strategic thinking to propose risk mitigations and participates in key meetings.
• Interacts with investigator site staff and may be required to interact with principal investigators.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet study milestones and review functional plans.
• Responsible for development and maintenance of clinical study tools and templates, including the Clinical Monitoring Plan.
