Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee site management, monitoring and data integrity across trials. The role requires leadership across CRAs and central monitors, with focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance in an international environment.

The candidate will coordinate training, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure CTMS/EDC use aligns with study requirements. Travel about 20% is expected as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Proven ability to lead and align teams in achieving project milestones
• Demonstrated capability of working in an international environment
• Expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central)
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Strong computer skills and risk-management approach
• Moderate travel required, ~20%

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables with a focus on patient safety and data integrity
• Reviews study scope, budget and protocol content; ensures team awareness of obligations
• Identify risks to deliverables and escalate to project manager as needed
• Develop and implement risk mitigations and participate in key meetings
• Coordinate training for study team on protocol specifics, dashboards, SOPs and timelines
• Oversee resourcing allocations for CRAs and Central Monitors and monitor quality
• Review CTMS/EDC/ePROs/the TMF to ensure timely data and adherence to plan
• Provide updates to clients and leadership on progress and risks
