Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee site management, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring deliverables with emphasis on patient safety, protocol adherence, and data integrity. You will coordinate with CRAs, CeMs, and cross-functional teams to manage risks and ensure regulatory compliance across trials.

The role requires leadership in a global environment, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with risk-based monitoring and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams in the achievement of project milestones.
• Demonstrated capability of working in an international environment.
• Preferred experience with risk-based monitoring.
• Demonstrates understanding of clinical trial management financial principles and budget management.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables with a focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet study milestones (activation, enrollment, database lock).
• Develop and maintain clinical study tools and templates (CTMS, dashboards).
• Provide status updates to clients and leadership on deliverables and risks.
• Coach and mentor CTMs and CRAs on risk management and protocol execution.
