Job summary

Syneos Health, a leading biopharmaceutical solutions company, seeks a Clinical Trial Manager for Full-Service delivery. The role involves overseeing site management oversight, clinical and central monitoring, with emphasis on patient safety, protocol/GCP compliance, and data integrity.

You will manage risks, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with Study Start Up, Patient Recruitment, and Data Management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN required or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading clinical monitoring teams.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring with focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Review study scope, budget, and protocol content; ensure team awareness of obligations.
• Escalate risks to project management related to timeline, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate training for study team on protocol specifics, CRF completion, and data tools.
• Manage resourcing allocations for CRAs and central monitors and monitoring dashboards.
