Job summary

Syneos Health, based in the United States (Georgia), is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager for Full Service operations. You will oversee site management, monitoring, and data integrity, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance across studies from activation to closeout.

You will lead CRAs and cross-functional teams, coordinate with data management, start-up, and recruitment to meet milestones, manage budgets, and deliver on sponsor expectations in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Experience with risk-based monitoring and budget management.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management, monitoring, and data integrity with patient safety focus.
• Escalate risks to project manager and manage RA/CTMS deliverables.
• Coordinate training and ensure QA compliance.
• Manage resources for CRAs and Central Monitors and ensure timelines.
