Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager - Full Service to oversee site management, clinical monitoring, and data integrity across active studies, with a focus on patient safety and adherence to GCP/regulatory standards.

This role collaborates with CRAs, CeMs, and cross-functional teams, manages risks, trainings, tools, and dashboards, and supports study milestones, from site activation to database lock, in a dynamic biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project milestones.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management and monitoring with a focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Reviews budgets, scopes, and contracts; alerts risks to the project manager.
• Leads risk mitigation planning and participates in key meetings.
• Coordinates training for study teams on protocol specifics and data tools.
• Monitors dashboards and CTMS/EDC systems to ensure timely execution.
