Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead site management, monitoring and data integrity activities across full-service trials. You will ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery while coordinating with CRAs, CeMs, data management, and start-up teams.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical trial management, risk assessment, and the use of CTMS and related systems. A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and international experience are valued.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or RN in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading clinical trial management with site oversight.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management, monitoring and data integrity with focus on patient safety.
• Reviews study scope, budget, and protocol; guides CRAs and CeMs.
• Develops and maintains clinical study tools and templates, including the Clinical Monitoring Plan.
• Coordinates training and resource planning for the study team.
• Escalates risks and communicates with clients and cross-functional teams.
