Syneos Health in United States, Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead site management and monitoring activities across studies and therapeutic areas.

The role demands strong leadership, risk assessment, budget oversight, and adherence to GCP and regulatory standards. You will coordinate with CRAs, data management, and start-up teams to ensure on-time delivery and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams to achieve project milestones.
• Experience working in an international environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trial management financial principles and budget management.
• Familiarity with risk-based monitoring practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring with focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Review scope of work, budget and protocol content; ensure contractual obligations are understood by the team.
• Propose and implement risk mitigations; participate in key meetings.
• Interact with principal investigators and site staff; address escalations as needed.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to coordinate deliverables and milestones (site activation, enrollment, database lock).
• Maintain CTMS, dashboards, and study tools; oversee user acceptance testing and audit trails.
• Coordinate training for the study team on protocol specifics and data collection.
