Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead site management and monitoring activities across trials, ensuring patient safety and data integrity. The role requires coordinating with study teams, CRO partners and functional groups to meet milestones and regulatory requirements.

You'll oversee CTMS and EDC systems, manage training, and drive risk-based monitoring strategies, with travel up to 20% as needed. A Bachelor's degree or RN is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field.
• Ability to lead and align teams to milestones.
• Experience in international work environments.
• Expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central).
• Knowledge of risk-based monitoring.
• Understanding of trial management financial principles.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to apply problem solving techniques.
• Travel flexibility, up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management oversight and central monitoring with focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Reviews the study scope, budget and protocol content and ensures the clinical project team is aware of contractual obligations.
• Employs strategic thinking to propose risk mitigations and participates in key meetings.
• Interacts with investigator site staff and may coordinate with principal investigators.
• Coordinates training and handoffs across functional teams to meet milestones.
• Develops and maintains study tools, CTMS dashboards and oversees UAT.
• Oversees resourcing for CRAs and Central Monitors, ensuring delivery quality.
• Reviews CTMS/EDC/TMF-related documents to reflect timely execution.
• Provides feedback to line managers on staff performance.
• May coach CTMs and coordinate larger trials.
