Job summary

Lockton seeks a Global Client Executive to independently manage a book of global clients, translating risk profiles into multi-line program designs. You’ll build trusted advisor relationships with clients, producers, and domestic teams, driving growth and ensuring global execution.

You will lead a team of Client Managers and Global Analysts, collaborate with Risk Solutions groups, and stay ahead of regulatory and market changes to protect client interests.

Qualifications

• This role requires a senior level insurance brokerage background with international scope.
• Proven ability to manage multinational programs and client needs.
• Experience presenting to prospects and leading global account teams.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of a dedicated book of global clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with global clients and understand their needs.
• Stay informed on industry and global economic trends for client advisory.
• Oversee global service and execution and lead market relationships.
• Manage renewals and overall global client relationships.
• Develop Client Managers and Global Analysts; nurture internal partnerships.
