Job summary

Lockton Companies, Chicago, is seeking an experienced risk professional to own the Foreign Casualty product and advise clients on complex multinational programs. You will collect exposure data, determine needs for local placements, and prepare submissions.

You will negotiate, communicate with global offices, and design programs across lines such as Property, Marine, D&O, and Crime, shaping client outcomes through trusted advice and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with CPCU preferred.
• 10+ years of global risk management experience in property/casualty.
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory landscape for multinational programs.
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own foreign casualty product ownership and advisory role.
• Collect and analyze exposure data.
• Prepare submissions and calculate target premiums.
• Negotiate best program offerings for clients.
• Maintain relationships with underwriting contacts and global markets.
• Design global programs across lines including Property, Marine, D&O, and Crime.
