Lockton is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager in the United States to oversee a substantial book of business, act as the subject matter expert for clients and internal teams, and collaborate with carrier partners and leadership. The role focuses on strategic growth, operational leadership, and cross-office collaboration.

You will manage relationships, ensure timelines, and drive initiatives across the practice, requiring strong communication, travel readiness, and a Bachelor’s degree

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert by core teams, clients, carrier partners, and leadership.
• Oversee full book of business to meet timelines and maintain carrier placement metrics.
• Point of contact for escalations related to case questions/issues.
• Drive growth by building relationships with the growth team.
• Lead management and associate development with leadership coaching.
• Promote and support new practice initiatives.
• Peer-review all deliverables and manage local carrier relationships.
• Contribute to the practice business plan and staffing of the book of business.
