Jones Lang LaSalle seeks a Global Client Experience Lead to implement CXE across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, reporting to the Global Account Director. This role owns program outcomes and drives a consistent client experience at scale.

Based in the U.S., ideal locations include Seattle, the SF Bay Area, Austin, or New York City, with travel up to 30% as needed to coordinate with CXE specialists and operations partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, organizational development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical aptitude and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Program Ownership & Global Consistency: Own CXE delivery across regions.
• Learning Velocity: drive career-pathing and leadership academy oversight.
• Precision Training: ensure onboarding and training across regions and vendor partners.
