Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Client Experience Lead to implement, measure, and improve CXE across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. This role owns program outcomes and ensures consistency for the client's workplace experience globally.

You will collaborate with regional CXE specialists and the Technology Integration Lead, guiding learning, training, and vendor partnerships to deliver a standardized, high-quality experience across regions.

Responsibilities

• Program Ownership & Global Consistency: single accountable owner for CXE across regions.
• Learning Velocity: drive career-pathing and internal mobility framework.
• Precision Training: onboarding and client culture training across job families and regions.
• Technology Leverage: partner on AI-enabled training pilot and data integration.
• Professional Consultancy: coordinate faculty panels and curriculum aligned with brand.
• Governance & Reporting: manage weekly checks and quarterly reviews with escalation paths.
• Business Planning: create detailed plans and monitor CXE scorecard and roadmap.
• Performance Measurement: track KPIs like training completion and promotion rates.
• Financial Stewardship: collaborate on ROI methodology for CXE.
• Vendor & Partner Relationships: manage relations with vendors and partners.
• Team Leadership: coach CXE Specialists across regions and drive development.
• Continuous Improvement: foster innovation via hackathon initiatives and programs.
