Planet Green Holdings seeks a Senior Director of Channel Sales to own and scale the global partner program in AI cybersecurity. You will recruit partners, lead a growing channel team, and align with direct sales, marketing, and product to accelerate go-to-market through resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances.

This role requires a proven track record building high-impact channel programs in cybersecurity or SaaS, with travel ~40–50% and a startup-spirited, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in channel/partnership sales within cybersecurity/SaaS/enterprise software.
• Senior channel leadership experience (Director/VP) at high-growth companies.
• Proven ability to build and scale partner programs contributing significant revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy and program framework.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, distributors).
• Build and lead a channel team; manage partner marketing resources.
• Own executive partner relationships and joint business planning.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success for channel enablement.
• Design partner programs with certification, portals, and deal processes.
• Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline to meet targets.
• Forecast channel performance and report ROI and growth opportunities.
