Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Senior Director of Channel Sales to own and scale our global channel and partnerships program. This remote role reports to executive leadership and drives go-to-market through VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances in cybersecurity and SaaS.

You will recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing channel team, manage joint business plans, and align incentives with partners while collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and customer success to maximize

Qualifications

• 10+ years in channel/partnership sales in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Senior leadership experience (Director/VP) in channel programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy across global partners.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances.
• Lead and scale a channel team including managers and partner marketing resources.
• Own executive partner relationships and co-sell agreements with aligned incentives.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, and product teams to support channel deals.
