Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Senior Director of Channel Sales to own and scale our global channel and partnerships program from the ground up. This high-impact role reports to executive leadership and spans resellers, system integrators, MSSPs, GSIs, technology alliances, and referral partners.

You will lead recruiting, enablement, and governance of partner programs, while collaborating with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success to maximize revenue and ROI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of channel/partner sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software; senior leadership experience (Director/VP).
• Track record of channel programs contributing 30%+ of revenue at high-growth companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy and program framework.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, technology alliances).
• Build and lead a high-performing channel team as the program scales.
• Own executive-level partner relationships; negotiate joint business plans and incentives.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success to enable channel support and deal registration.
• Design and manage partner programs, including certification, portals, pricing, and metrics.
• Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline to meet targets.
• Analyze channel performance and deliver executive reporting on ROI and growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at events and in cybersecurity ecosystems.
