Job summary

Skyhigh Security seeks a VP, Global Channel Sales to lead a multinational team and transform our channel strategy. You will partner with regional leaders, product, and sales to drive net-new customer acquisition while expanding value with current partners.

You will shape the GTM for distribution, resellers, SI partners, and MSPs, align programs with growth plans, and enable partners to deliver revenue and ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in channel and partner sales, with the most recent 4 years in a global sales leadership role.
• Experience developing global channel programs in security, SaaS, PaaS or IaaS spaces.
• Proven ability to drive ARR and revenue through channel partnerships.
• Strong relationships within the channel partner community.
• Expertise in structuring partnerships and enablement programs.
• Hands-on approach to enabling partners and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global channel sales team across regions to execute a world class channel mission.
• Develop and execute next-gen channel strategy and program framework.
• Refine channel programs to align with growth plans.
• Develop new strategic partnerships and scale existing opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive transformational initiatives.
• Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets with regional teams.
• Work with Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to address partner needs.
• Develop KPIs/OKRs to measure value of channel programs.
