Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Senior Director of Channel Sales to own and scale a global channel program for AI cybersecurity. This remote role involves building partnerships with resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances while reporting to executive leadership.

You will recruit and lead a high-performing channel organization, negotiate joint business plans, and collaborate with direct sales and marketing to drive revenue growth in a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of channel/partnership sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Senior channel leadership experience (Director/VP level).
• Strong relationships with cybersecurity channel players and ecosystem partners.
• Experience recruiting and managing MSSPs, GSIs, technology alliances.
• Data-driven with CRM/PRM tooling and forecasting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy and program frameworks.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners to drive indirect revenue growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing channel team and manage executive partner relationships.
• Negotiate joint business plans, co-selling agreements, and aligned incentives.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product and customer success to enable channel support.
• Design partner programs, certification, portals, and deal registration processes.
• Drive partner-sourced revenue and forecast channel performance with exec-level reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events and partner conferences.
• Stay current on cybersecurity channel trends and partner needs in DLP/IRM/data security.
