Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Manager, Global Change Management to lead change programs for strategic and enterprise initiatives. You will develop fit-for-purpose change strategies, partner with leaders and project managers, and ensure teammates are prepared, supported, and equipped throughout transformation.

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years in change management, strong knowledge of Prosci ADKAR or Kotter, and proven ability to drive adoption across a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.
• 3+ years Leading change management activities for strategic or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization across regions, functions, and products (preferred).
• Freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or related industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management for assigned strategic and enterprise initiatives, from planning through implementation and reinforcement.
• Develop and executefit-for-purpose change strategies aligned to initiative scope, risk, and stakeholder needs.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify adoption barriers, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable mitigation plans.
• Partner with business leaders, initiative owners, and project/program managers to integrate change management into initiative delivery and ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication plans that promote transparency, understanding, and adoption of change initiatives.
• Equip and coach leaders to effectively sponsor, communicate, and lead change with their teams.
• Support leader readiness and capability building.
• Support the continued development of AIT’s Change Management framework, tools, templates, measurement approaches, and leader capabilities.
• Contribute to OCM standards and continuous improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned
