Job summary

TVH Group is seeking a Global Change Management Expert to lead people-side change in major Transformation Projects. You will shape change strategy, drive adoption, and influence outcomes across the organization, partnering with senior leaders and managers to steer digital transitions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, training deployment, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to travel as needed within a global company environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading end-to-end change management and transformation activities.
• Master’s degree; ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technologies.
• Prosci or CCMP certification is a strong plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
• Willingness to travel frequently to stay close to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end change management strategy using the ADKAR framework across transformations.
• Conduct impact, readiness, and feasibility assessments across departments.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and coach leaders to guide teams through digital transitions.
• Design and deliver internal communications and define training needs during project rollouts.
• Monitor change metrics, analyze resistance, and implement mitigation for sustainability.
