TVH is seeking a seasoned Change Management professional to lead end-to-end transformation efforts across the TVH Transformation and Innovatis initiatives in Olathe. You will apply ADKAR, build communication, sponsorship, and resistance plans, and guide senior leaders through digital transitions.

With 5+ years of hands-on change leadership, you’ll drive stakeholder alignment, design training, monitor adoption, and ensure sustainable outcomes in a global-scale environment.

Formación

• 5+ years leading enterprise change management and transformation initiatives.
• Master’s degree or equivalent; ability to grasp complex business concepts and tech.
• Knowledge of the ADKAR framework; CCMP/Prosci certification is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute end-to-end change management strategy across enterprise digital transformations.
• Assess impact, readiness, and feasibility to map organizational shifts.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to secure buy-in and alignment across levels.
• Coach senior leaders to guide teams through digital transitions and disruption.
• Design and deliver communications explaining the reasons for changes.
• Define training needs and coordinate rollout training programs.
• Monitor adoption metrics and implement mitigation for sustainability.
