Job summary

Block-Tackle is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to embed with a major client and oversee the change portion of transformation efforts. You will drive adoption directly within delivery work, mapping stakeholders and influencing outcomes without a formal change program.

Weave change activities into project plans, create practical assets, and advise sponsors on risk and adoption in plain language. Local to Atlanta or New York with a hybrid travel plan within reasonable distance.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience leading change management on large-scale digital transformation in complex enterprise organizations.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and move stakeholders who don’t report to you.
• Comfort working directly with clients in embedded roles and on tightly scoped engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated change lead for a major client, embedded in active transformation efforts and owning the change side of the work.
• Drive change one conversation at a time, and identify moments of influence to win support.
• Assess change readiness, map stakeholders and impacts, and flag pockets of resistance early.
• Weave change activities into project plans, workshops, standups, and deliverables so they ride with delivery work.
• Create right-sized change assets (communications, enablement, training, adoption plays) that people actually use.
• Advise delivery leads on change risk and adoption in plain language, even when the answer isn’t what stakeholders want to hear.
• Recognize when a fuller change program is appropriate and present the case with evidence.
