Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Operations Associate to support Cell Therapy manufacturing at the Devens, MA facility. The role involves CGMP-compliant warehouse and material operations to sustain both commercial and clinical products.

You will document processes, manage material flows, and collaborate with QA, Materials, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time production. The shift is 12 hours, with a rotating schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience with CGMP and QA/QC documentation is a plus.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CGMP-compliant operations supporting Cell Therapy manufacturing.
• Complete batch records and SAP transactions per SOPs.
• Prepare and package finished drug product for shipment to patients.
• Collaborate with quality, materials, and manufacturing teams to resolve deviations.
