Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Recruiting Coordination professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract to coordinate interview processes across regions and functions. You will schedule high-volume interviews, partner with recruiters, and own the onsite candidate experience.

The role requires excellent organization and communication, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities; strong discretion with sensitive information is essential. Office presence may be required in some locations.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism and friendliness.
• 1+ years in an admin/coordination-based role in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to shift tasks and priorities and work with ambiguity.
• Creative and process-driven with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume interviews globally, including senior and executive searches.
• Partner with recruiters and interviewers to ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Solve problems and adapt quickly as priorities change; handle sensitive information.
• Work with coordinators and cross-functional partners to support hiring.
• Own the onsite candidate experience, acting as the primary host in the office.
