Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a recruiter to manage recruiting, interviews, and candidate recommendations from internal and external sources. You will work with company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs and extend offers to selected candidates, including relocation arrangements.

You will stay informed of wages, benefits, and HR policies, and participate in accommodations and equal opportunity commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manages recruiting, interviews, and recommendations for placement of candidates from both internal and external sources.
• Manages working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
• Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
• Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation.
• Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general human resource policies.
