Ramp, based in New York, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to drive scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews while delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the process. You will coordinate with the Talent team, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure smooth operations in a fast-growing startup.

The role requires 1–2+ years in coordination or admin, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of coordination/admin experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport.
• Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail.
• Comfort working at high volume and re-prioritizing mid-day when plans change.

Responsabilités

• Drive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to all candidates and hiring teams.
• Build a world-class team by providing a high-touch white-glove experience at every step of the interview process.
• Act as the primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews.
• Develop collaborative relationships with Talent team members, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Spot and flag bottlenecks or issues and bring fixes to the team.
• Manage workflows within GSuite, Ashby, and scheduling tools for automation.
