Talentoma is seeking a Candidate Experience Associate to manage candidate communications and scheduling as part of the recruiting team. This fully remote contract role is based in New Jersey, with a 40-hour weekly commitment and flexible shift times.

Qualificações

• Clear, courteous written and verbal communication for answering candidate questions and confirming arrangements with recruiters and interviewers.
• Ability to compare details carefully, recognize missing information, and follow established instructions before sharing updates or changing interview arrangements.
• Willingness to learn applicant-tracking and scheduling systems, including profile updates, calendar checks, and accurate interaction notes.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming candidate emails and recruiting requests at the start of each shift.
• Check candidate profiles and recruiter instructions in the ATS before responding or arranging next steps.
• Answer inquiries about interview arrangements and the recruiting process using approved information.
