Colonial Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Business Systems to lead and govern enterprise applications including Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will drive digital transformation, partner with leaders, and oversee global project delivery across HRIS, CRM, ERP, and related systems.

The role requires aligning technology with business goals, managing budgets and teams, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and governance on a worldwide scale.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or business technology functions.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional business systems environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRIS enterprise platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the global business systems strategy and roadmap for the company’s core applications globally.
• Lead a team of business systems analysts, architects, administrators, and technical leads.
• Partner with executive and business leaders to identify technology opportunities and process improvements.
• Oversee the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of enterprise applications.
• Manage global business systems projects, priorities, budgets, and resources.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for enterprise systems.
• Drive adoption of automation, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure business value and operational effectiveness.
• Lead change management, communication, and user adoption efforts for strategic initiatives.
