Job summary

Gross Mendelsohn & Associates, P.A. is seeking a senior-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Consultant to help build and grow a strategic ERP consulting practice within the firm.

This role combines leadership with hands-on delivery of Dynamics 365 BC implementations, guidance to executives and end users, and opportunities to contribute to the firm’s advisory services while advancing client value.

Qualifications

8-12+ years of progressive ERP consulting and implementation experience, including significant hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Proven success leading Business Central implementations and migrations in a client-facing consulting environment.
Experience redesigning processes, improving reporting, and adopting cloud-based ERP solutions.
Track record of supporting practice growth and business development efforts.
Relevant Microsoft certifications strongly preferred (e.g., BC Functional Consultant Associate).

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations from discovery to post-go-live.
Advise clients migrating from legacy ERP platforms with focus on process fit and adoption.
Coordinate with internal and external resources on integrations and data conversion.
Support testing, training plans, and cutover activities to improve outcomes.
Develop go-to-market messaging and participate in client demos and proposals.
