QED Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own the functional health and roadmap of our Dynamics 365 platforms (CRM and ERP) supporting Sales, Service, Finance, and Production. You will translate business needs into configurations, drive continuous improvement, and lead cross-functional kaizen events with Finance, Operations, and Quality.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in business systems analysis and ERP/CRM administration.
• Demonstrated ownership of CRM and ERP platform configurations.
• Experience leading system implementations or upgrades end-to-end.
• Familiarity with regulated or defense supply chain environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own functional configuration of Sales and Customer Service modules; manage security roles and licenses.
• Lead process mapping across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and quote-to-delivery workflows.
• Define functional requirements for system integrations and coordinate with partners.
