Job summary

Silicon Fen Resourcing seeks an ERP Director to own the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central program. You will set strategy, lead a multi-country rollout, and report to the CFO with autonomy on major decisions.

You will build a high-impact ERP team, manage external partners, and standardize processes and data across the global estate while balancing local needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior ERP leadership expertise; owning the investment case, setting priorities, and managing external partners.
• Track record of leading Business Central implementations, including at least one global, multi-country rollout.
• Experience building and leading an ERP team and knowing what to keep in-house vs. when to bring in specialist expertise.
• Ability to operate confidently at the executive table and translate Business Central capabilities into business/financial terms for senior stakeholders.
• Broad Business Central expertise across core modules, with depth in finance to partner with CFO and finance teams.
• Experience judging technical vs functional choices, weighing native BC vs third-party add-ons and global vs local needs.

Responsibilities

• Setting the strategy and roadmap for the global Business Central estate, deciding consolidation and prioritization.
• Advising the executive team on Business Central capabilities and limits to guide decision-making.
• Bringing ownership, energy, and momentum to the program to deliver steady progress.
• Owning the investment case and prioritization, showing leaders where money goes and returns.
• Building and leading the ERP team and directing external partners to meet delivery, quality, and commercial commitments.
• Driving standardization of processes and data across the business, minimizing local variance unless required.
