Job summary

Capaxrm is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics GP Functional Consultant to join a remote, nationwide team. You will drive ERP implementations, migrations and upgrades for small to mid-sized businesses, with focus on Finance, Manufacturing and Distribution.

The role involves working with Solution Architects and Project Managers to deliver end-to-end functional consulting, requirements gathering and go-live support across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics GP.
• Participation in minimum 3 full lifecycle ERP implementations with BC or GP.
• Strong knowledge of financial modules and ERP processes.
• Experience leading requirements gathering and workshops.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with travel up to 15%

Responsibilities

• Deliver BC implementations and ERP migration projects from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Conduct client discovery workshops to assess financial and operational requirements.
• Configure financial processes including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Reporting.
• Support data migration and UAT, and resolve functional issues before go-live.
• Train end users and support clients post-implementation.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, Developers and Project Managers on deliverables.
