Job summary

Hermanson Company is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Manager to drive multi-functional initiatives in a fully remote role across the United States. You will lead projects from charter through go-live, coordinating with IT, finance, and operations while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

You will design delivery plans, manage risks, and ensure adoption of new processes and systems such as D365 Finance & Operations, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing business and process improvement projects with a track record of initiatives driven from ambiguity to adoption.
• Ability to build delivery structures and plans rather than inheriting them.
• Able to discuss integration scenarios, read data flow diagrams, and challenge estimates that don’t add up.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery from charter to go-live, adoption, and closeout.
• Build and maintain realistic roadmaps and schedules for leadership.
• Surface risks early and provide options with recommendations.
• Maintain scope and evaluate impact of change requests.
• Manage outside vendors and ensure delivery against the statement of work.
• Coordinate with SMEs, IT, finance, and operations for efficient collaboration.
• Provide regular statuses to leadership with clear, factual updates.
• Define success measures with business analysts and confirm benefits after deployment.
