Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to drive strategy, operating model design, and transformation across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You will lead diverse client engagements, interact with C-suite executives, and guide multi-functional teams in delivering high-impact GBS programs.

You will also contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and capability building while mentoring teams and developing sector-focused offerings across industries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with 7–8 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 8 years of advisory experience in the finance function, including finance operating models, performance management, shared services, and outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large Finance Transformations and/or ERP implementations is preferred.
• Experience managing teams, engagement economics, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation and performance improvement.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects and contribute to practice development.
• Direct跨-functional consulting teams and coordinate with global client stakeholders; facilitate executive workshops and steering committees.
