Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to shape operating models across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain. You will lead client engagements with large, multi-national companies, guide cross-functional teams, and drive GBS transformation programs across diverse industries.

You’ll contribute to go-to-market strategy, sector-focused offerings, and talent development while mentoring teams and managing project delivery in a global delivery network.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 5 years of advisory services experience in the finance function (e.g., operating model design, performance management, shared services, outsourcing).
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations; proven leadership and engagement economics ability.
• Strong leadership and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects, driving automation and analytics adoption.
• Mentor project teams, manage budgets, and coordinate global delivery with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
