Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You will shape operating models, drive transformation programs, and guide C-suite stakeholders in cross-functional settings.

You'll mentor teams, develop sector-specific offerings, and contribute to thought leadership while advancing EY's GBS capabilities across industries. A hybrid client-focused role with significant visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 8 years of advisory services experience in the finance function including operating model design and outsourcing.
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations preferred.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Design end-state GBS models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligned to enterprise goals.
• Shape governance, service catalogs, and organizational structures.
• Embed AI, RPA, data platforms, and intelligent workflows into GBS.
• Manage cross-functional consulting teams and client workshops.
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits, and market-facing initiatives.
• Mentor team members and support recruitment and capability building.
