Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 8 years of experience in advisory services in the finance function (finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design/implementations, outsourcing advisory).
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver client engagements, interacting at executive levels, as well as sales and practice development activities.
• Develop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects in areas such as GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Lead multi-process transformation programs integrating automation, analytics, and workflow technologies, incorporating alliances such as ServiceNow.
• Manage day-to-day project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach team members while supporting recruitment and capability building.
