Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience
• Approximately 8 years of experience in providing advisory services in the finance function focused in at least one of the following areas; finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, outsourcing advisory
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with executive-level interaction and drive sales and practice development activities
• Develop high-performing teams and set direction to deliver exceptional client service
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across strategy, operating model design, sector-focused delivery, and cross-functional transformation
• Coach and mentor team members and support recruitment and capability building
• Translate industry trends into actionable GBS recommendations and contribute to thought leadership

Education

Bachelor's degree + 8 years experience / Master’s degree + 7 years experience

Advanced degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business
