EY's Global Business Services (GBS) Senior Manager role offers leadership across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement and technology, driving strategy, operating model design and transformation for domestic and multinational clients.

You will guide cross-functional teams, engage C-suite stakeholders, and contribute to market strategy, thought leadership, and talent development while delivering high-impact, measurable outcomes across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related work experience, or a master's with 7 years.
• Experience in advisory services for finance function including operating model design, performance management, and outsourcing.
• Experience leading large Finance Transformations or ERP implementations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage engagement economics, and drive business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements at executive level and manage project delivery.
• Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation programs across multiple functions.
• Shape GBS operating models and roadmaps aligned to enterprise goals.
• Mentor and develop team members and contribute to go-to-market efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder workshops.
