Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to guide engagements across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain, focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design with a strong emphasis on transformation and performance improvement.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and talent development within EY’s Global Business Services practice.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with executive audiences.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary client engagements and teams.
• Proven ability in sales, proposals, and market-facing initiatives.
• Mentoring and coaching of junior professionals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across global finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology transformations.
• Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation programs with automation, analytics, and workflow technologies.
• Guide cross-functional teams and liaise with C-suite stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Support practice development, thought leadership, and proposals.
