Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to shape and lead transformation engagements across finance, HR, procurement, and technology. You will drive strategy, operating model design, and performance improvement for domestic and multinational clients while guiding cross-functional teams and engaging with C-suite stakeholders.

You will also contribute to go-to-market efforts, develop sector-specific offerings, and mentor staff to build capability across the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree with approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience providing advisory services in finance functions including design, performance management, shared services design and outsourcing.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Operations or related field is desirable.
• CPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Guide cross-functional teams and interact with C-suite stakeholders to deliver transformations.
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings and reusable transformation assets.
• Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building.
• Contribute to proposals, pursuits, and market-facing initiatives.
